You could say that real estate is in Dean’s blood. His exposure to the Southern California real estate market began as a child since his father was the broker-owner of Hall Realty and Premier Realty during the 70’s and 80’s in Orange County. Dean graduated with high honors from the business school at California State University, Fullerton. Earning Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Management, Dean is just as comfortable on complicated commercial real estate deals as he is on residential transactions.
Dean is one of the hardest workers you will ever meet. Whether it is staying up all night to complete an offer or going above and beyond to get a deal through, one of Dean’s greatest pleasures in life is pleasing his clients.
Perhaps Dean’s attention to detail is the reason the majority of his clients are repeat and by referral. His goal is to create a client for life.
Dean and his wife, Angela, have two lovely children. They are active members at their South Orange County church and they enjoy being involved in their children’s school and extracurricular activities. Dean and his family also enjoy travel; in fact, he has toured every state in the union, every province of Canada, and central Mexico.
